One of the best-known business groups in Cluj is Mendola, founded by visionary entrepreneur Zsuzsa Szekely, who managed to build a true ecosystem blending business ethics with family values. Within this ecosystem, one of the most recognized brands is Nobila Casa, led by the founder’s daughter, Agnes Gundish, who serves as CEO.
The group operates based on a set of internal rules known as the “Family Constitution.” This constitution outlines internal principles that govern both the involvement of family members in the business and their behavior regarding business and related matters.
