How Do You Take Innovation to the Next Level? You Build an Academy.

It all started in Tünde’s office—the Strategic Director, future CEO, and a force of nature when it comes to pushing boundaries. After a year filled with change, growth, and bold projects, we sat down, coffee in hand, and asked the big question:


"What’s next?"


The Growth Engine program had already shown us the immense need for structured sales management and go-to-market strategies. If a €15 million company like Nett Front needed it, so did their partners, small businesses, and designers navigating the industry.


We had two challenges:


How do we rapidly scale this knowledge across the entire network?

How do we create something that lasts?

And just like that, the Academy was born.

A Playground for Creativity & Business Growth

The Nett Front Innovation Academy isn’t just another design program. It’s a launchpad for designers, architects, and furniture enthusiasts who want to master go-to-market engineering and turn ideas into sellable, scalable products.


We knew that knowledge alone wasn’t enough. Designers don’t just want to learn—they want real opportunities to showcase their talent. So, we built a program that delivers both:


✔ A DIY online Growth Engine program – Packed with structured content, resources, and guided exercises.


✔ Live sessions with top experts – Seven specialists (including me) offering real-world strategies, not just theory.


✔ A career-changing competition – Every participant gets the chance to design their own collection, with the winner launching it on www.refront.ro and earning the majority of sales for a year.


For designers, this is not just a learning experience—it’s a national-level launchpad.

From Vision to Reality: How We Built the Academy

With the vision clear, execution came next. And that’s where things got exciting:


✔ Content Creation & Expert-Led Learning – We the Growth Engine Online Programme and turned it into a six live sessions Master Class designed especially for this audience.


✔ National Campaign & Outreach – We wanted 75+ designers to join the first edition, so we launched a nationwide campaign targeting architects, interior designers, and creative entrepreneurs.


✔ The Ultimate Designer Challenge – Participants don’t just learn—they compete. The best collections will be voted on, showcased at a live event, and sold across the country. We built a step by step competition that is fair and scalable.


✔ A Future-Proof Business Model – Beyond education, the Academy is set to become a profit-generating center, ensuring it thrives for decades.

The Ad That Started It All

I knew exactly how the ad should feel. It had to be bold, exciting, and inspiring—not just another “enroll now” campaign, but an invitation to the adventure of a lifetime.


So, for the first time ever, I wrote an ad script. And with an incredible production team, we brought it to life. It wasn’t just about promoting the Academy—it was about creating a movement. And both me and Tunde, we moved out of our comfort zones and stepped in front of the camera. Adventure for us too.

Where We Go From Here

With a program like this, the real work is just beginning. Now, we’re focused on:


Refining and expanding the program – More resources, deeper learning, bigger impact.

Building a lasting Academy – One that stands the test of time and becomes a go-to hub for industry talent.

Having fun along the way – Because when you work with partners like these, every day feels like an adventure.
