After 25 years in business, 18 stores across 16 cities, and a solid €8 million turnover, Nobila Casa was a household name in tableware, decorations, and gifts. But success in a competitive market isn’t about where you’ve been—it’s about where you’re headed next.


Their CEO felt the stagnation creeping in. Sales were steady, the team was strong, but there was a sense that they had hit a plateau. The question wasn’t “Are we doing well?”—it was “How do we push beyond this?”


That’s when we rolled up our sleeves and got to work with Growth Engine.

By the end of the year, I found myself back in the CEO’s office, sipping coffee, throwing ideas around, and asking:

That’s when the Concept Store idea was born—a fresh, premium approach to retail that would redefine what Nobila Casa could be.


Within weeks, we were diving into financial models, analysing customer behaviour, and booking flights to Frankfurt for supplier negotiations. What started as a conversation turned into a full-scale expansion plan.
