Clarification (Months 1–3) – live workshops with Katalin Orosz


Objective: to clarify your business model, growth targets, and current systems, and based on this, build your Growth Hacking Plan.

RESULT: You will gain much clearer insight into what is holding you back right now.

2. Forecasting: How to Predict and Control Sales

    • How to correctly measure your sales pipeline
    • Which indicators you must track to avoid unpleasant surprises
    • How to accurately estimate lead conversion and future revenue
    • Common mistakes that lead to unrealistic forecasts and strategic failures

RESULT: You will be able to anticipate and adjust your sales activity for consistent growth.

3. Lead Generation: Attract Clients Without Wasting Resources

  • Which channels work best in B2B and B2C
  • Why “more leads” does NOT mean “more sales”
  • How to build your own lead generation strategy
  • Tools and tactics for effective prospecting and qualification

4. Lead Conversion: How to Turn Opportunities into Sales

6. Sales Process Management: How to Create a System That Works for You

RESULT: You will have decision criteria to choose systems that truly support you in the long term.

Participants work in small groups (2–3 people), meet online between live sessions for discussions and tool testing.

Objective: to present your plan in front of a jury and peers (an “investor pitch” simulation) in order to receive valuable feedback and maximum clarity.


Output:
Finalized presentation + feedback notes + implementation commitments.

Phase 3

Implementation (Months 5–12)


Objective: to execute the plan with your mentor, supported by RBL experts, with continuous access to content, workshops, and community.
