For Nett Front, one of Romania’s top furniture front manufacturers, the answer was clear—innovation and diversification. They had the experience, the production capacity, and a reputation for quality. But they wanted more than just another incremental improvement; they wanted to reinvent the game.


Enter REFRONT—a fresh business line offering customizable, high-quality IKEA-compatible fronts. It was a bold move in a competitive market, but with the right execution, it had the potential to reshape their business.

From Chocolate & Strategy to A Scalable Business

This wasn’t a eureka moment in the shower—it was the result of structured thinking, deep market insight, and some very good chocolate.

For two months, we worked side by side with the top management team through the Growth Hacking program. There were brainstorming sessions, intense discussions, and a fair share of "what if we did this?" moments—all fuelled by caffeine and the finest sweets we could get our hands on.

By the end, we didn’t just have ideas—we had a list of 15+ high-impact projects designed to propel Nett Front into its next growth phase.

REFRONT stood out.

  • A fresh market approach – Giving customers the freedom to personalize their furniture with Nett Front’s craftsmanship.

It wasn’t just a nice idea on paper—it had real scalability. Now, we had to make it happen.

Turning An Idea Into A Thriving Business

Building a brand from scratch isn’t just about launching a product. It’s about creating an ecosystem where production, marketing, sales, and logistics work seamlessly. 

So, in just nine months, here’s what we did:

✔ Built the Right Team – Bringing together problem-solvers who could turn strategy into execution.

✔ Defined a Clear Product Offer – Curating 13 premium collections of IKEA-compatible fronts with modern designs and high-quality materials.

✔ Established a Strong Digital Presence – Creating an intuitive e-commerce platform with a 360° product viewer so customers could visualize every detail.

✔ Developed a Mobile Showroom Strategy – Instead of waiting for customers to find us, we brought the showroom to them. We launched at Deco Days Cluj-Napoca, then positioned the showroom right next to IKEA Bucharest—a strategic move that put the brand in front of the perfect audience.

✔ Executed Targeted Marketing & PR – Partnering with Facebook & Google Ads experts, PR agencies, and social media specialists to rapidly build brand awareness.

✔ Forged Strong Designer Partnerships – Interior designers became key growth drivers, so we launched an affiliate program that gave them real incentives to recommend REFRONT.

✔ Tested the Market in Real Time – Every event, corporate workshop, and showroom interaction was an opportunity to fine-tune the strategy based on real customer feedback.

Lessons From The Journey

No business transformation is smooth sailing. But what we learned along the way is what truly mattered:
